Quantity surveyors are also known as cost controllers and we therefore advise our clients regarding contractual matters and is responsible for preparing, monitoring and controlling the budget and finances of projects. The duties as quantity surveyors further include preparing the principal contractor tender documents, preparing payment certificates, cost reports and final accounts. Contractual advice, cost advice and cost control are therefore the essence of our service.
Project Management
The primary objective of project management is to deliver a project on time, within budget and to the specification. Our project management function normally entail advising our clients on the composition of their professional team, advising on contractual matters and managing and monitoring both the consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to achieve the above-mentioned objectives
